Abilities:

Yoshino is an Enhanced, making her fairly powerful. For stats, she specializes in Speed, with a decent Atk/Sp. Atk. Her defenses and HP are generally lacking, though. She also has higher evasion when it's raining/hailing.

Her typing is Water/Ice. She has access to a wide variety of water and ice type moves, although she doesn't have very good control over them. She's more likely to accidentally hurt someone trying to escape from them rather than actually battle. As an Enhanced, she also has a resistance to the Grass type (lowering it to neutral). Yoshino can 'fly' by using Aqua Jet to sort of propel herself through the air rapidly. She can't keep it up long, though. A few minutes at most before she's exhausted.

Being an Enhanced, Yoshino is also unstable. As if her split personality and lack of control over some of her abilities wasn't enough, if she feels truly threatened, she just loses all control whatsoever, lashing out in an attempt to flee. In this state, it's impossible to reason with her until she calms down. If she's upset, she also tends to make it rain and/or snow/hail around her for a fair distance.
